This policy covers digital artwork files. No physical item needs to be posted back. It supplements the Terms of Sale and does not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
1. Cancellation before supply
If digital supply has not begun, contact us promptly with a clear request to cancel and your order details. We will cancel and refund an order where cancellation remains available. A saved basket or unpaid enquiry has no payment to refund. Where applicable UK or similar law provides a digital-content cooling-off right, the standard period is 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.
2. Immediate digital delivery and the cancellation period
Digital files are intended for delivery immediately after acceptance and confirmed payment. Where required by law, before early supply we ask for both your express agreement to immediate digital delivery and your acknowledgement of the effect on the applicable cancellation right. This request is separate from accepting the Terms, is not pre-selected, and is recorded in the order confirmation.
Where the relevant conditions have been met, the change-of-mind cancellation right can end when digital supply begins. We do not assume that simply clicking a Terms checkbox or buying a digital product removes that right. If required consent, acknowledgement or confirmation is missing, your applicable statutory right remains. The precise point at which supply begins is assessed under the law applicable to the order; an uncompleted payment or basket alone is not supply.
3. Faulty, missing or incorrect files
Contact us if a ZIP archive is corrupt, a listed file is missing, the wrong artwork was supplied, payment succeeded without access, or the files materially fail to match their description. Include enough information for us to reproduce the problem, such as the file name, error message and device or software used.
We will investigate and provide a working replacement or another appropriate remedy. If replacement is impossible, unsuccessful or inappropriate under applicable law, a refund or price reduction may be due. If we cannot supply the purchased files, we will refund the affected purchase. We will not require a store credit instead of a refund to which you are entitled.
4. Duplicate purchases and changed preferences
Report an accidental duplicate purchase of the same artwork so we can review it; no automatic additional benefit is created by buying the same digital files twice. If you change your mind after lawful digital supply and no cancellation right remains, a refund is not normally offered for preferences such as wanting a different color, subject or style. This does not affect remedies for inaccurate descriptions or faulty content.
5. Printing problems
Physical printing, paper, framing and a printer’s delivery are separate transactions with your chosen supplier. Ask that supplier about its manufacturing or service fault. Contact us if the problem is caused by our supplied file. Normal screen-to-print differences do not mean every print is defective, but we will not use this explanation to dismiss a genuine file defect or a false product description.
6. How to request help or cancel
Use the contact details on Contact. Provide the order number, purchase email, affected artwork and a short explanation. Please report problems promptly; no arbitrary short reporting deadline removes a mandatory right. A reasonable request for information to locate or verify an order is not a demand for unnecessary identity documents or full card details.
A clear cancellation message is sufficient. You may use this optional form:

7. Responses, refunds and payment disputes
We aim to acknowledge a support request within two UK business days and provide a substantive response within five UK business days. If more investigation is needed, we will explain what is outstanding and when we expect to respond. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England and Wales.
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within five business days of approval, or earlier where a statutory deadline applies. Where the relevant cancellation law requires reimbursement within 14 calendar days after notice of cancellation, that deadline takes priority; we will not extend it by delaying approval. Your bank or payment provider can take additional time to display the credit. Any alternative refund method requires your agreement where appropriate and must not impose an additional fee.
If you disagree with a decision, reply and explain the remedy you seek. Contacting us is not a condition that prevents a lawful card-provider dispute, complaint to a competent body or legal remedy. We may retain relevant order evidence to respond to a dispute, as described in Privacy.
