For an order enquiry, provide the order number, purchase email and affected work. For a file problem, include its name and the error message. Do not send full payment-card details, account passwords or unnecessary personal documents.
Response times
We aim to acknowledge messages within two UK business days and give a substantive response within five UK business days. If an investigation takes longer, we will explain the next step and expected response. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England and Wales.
