This license describes permitted use of files supplied with your purchase. It applies to individual artworks and each artwork included in a set, unless a product expressly includes a different written license. Read it with the Terms of Sale.
1. What permission you receive
After an accepted and paid purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, personal and non-transferable permission to use the supplied files for the purposes below. You may keep and use your lawfully saved files without a subscription or ongoing license fee. You do not receive ownership of the underlying artwork, editable working files, rights in third-party brands or likenesses, or a guarantee of exclusive copyright protection.
2. Permitted personal use
- Download and store purchased files on your own devices and personal backup storage.
- Print copies for your personal home, including a home workspace used for your own enjoyment rather than a commercial display.
- Give a physical print as a personal, non-commercial gift. The recipient receives the physical print, not permission to redistribute the file.
- Provide a copy to a print service solely to make your permitted prints. Ask the printer not to retain, reuse, sell or publicly share it.
- Resize a file proportionally or make a minor crop to fit your personal frame, while taking responsibility for the resulting print composition.
Keep files out of public galleries, publicly accessible drives and social posts in downloadable resolution. Sharing a normal photograph of your finished print in your room is permitted; it must not serve as a substitute for the artwork file.
3. Uses requiring separate permission
- Redistributing, gifting, uploading or selling the digital files or a near-identical downloadable reproduction.
- Selling prints, merchandise, templates, stock assets or other products incorporating the artwork.
- Using artwork in advertising, packaging, business branding, client design work or public-facing commercial premises.
- Sublicensing or making files available to a group, membership, client or another business.
- Using an artwork as a logo or claiming that you created the supplied composition.
These restrictions apply to purchased files and their reproductions as purchase conditions, to the extent lawful. They do not claim copyright over material that applicable law leaves unprotected or remove lawful rights you possess independently of this purchase.
4. AI and third-party subjects
Some works may use AI or computer-assisted design. Protection of an AI-generated element can depend on jurisdiction and human contribution. We do not promise that every element can be registered or enforced as copyright, or that similar output cannot appear elsewhere. An image containing a person, vehicle or building does not grant separate personality, trademark, endorsement or property permissions. Our standard products are for decorative personal use.
5. Gifts, refunds and misuse
A physical gift does not transfer the purchasing account or download link. A change-of-mind refund that rescinds the purchase also ends the purchased permission to use the affected files, to the extent lawful; delete your retained copies and stop making new prints. A refund, price reduction or another remedy for faulty content does not automatically remove rights that the law preserves. If a license issue arises, we will explain the concern and the necessary remedy rather than impose an undisclosed penalty.
6. Commercial enquiries
Contact us before a proposed commercial use and identify the artwork, medium, audience and scale. There is no automatic commercial extension based on the number of copies you buy. A commercial license exists only if its terms are expressly agreed in writing.
For support, cancellation, complaints, privacy requests or rights enquiries, use the contact details on our Contact page, or write to our registered office. Please identify the relevant order or artwork. Never send full card numbers, card security codes, account passwords or unnecessary identity documents.
