Every product on this store is a digital download. There is no physical shipping, delivery address requirement for shipping, shipping charge or customs charge from us. Billing details may still be needed for payment and tax.
1. Receiving your files
Downloads become available after the order is accepted and payment is confirmed. Access is supplied through the order confirmation page and order email. The confirmation records the order and relevant digital-delivery consent. A pending or failed payment does not provide access. Check the order page and spam folder if an email is missing.
Save your purchased files and purchase confirmation. Do not publish or forward your order-access link. Email links and browser access may fail because of incorrect addresses, spam filtering, network outages or device restrictions; contact us if confirmed payment has not resulted in access.
2. Access period and limits
The standard download access period is 365 days after purchase, with up to ten downloads per purchased package. The period limits online retrieval, not permitted continued use of a file you saved. Keep a backup. If a legitimate technical fault consumes attempts or prevents retrieval, contact us so we can restore access where appropriate. These limits do not remove statutory remedies.
3. What is included
The product page determines the exact files, dimensions and formats for that artwork or set. The current vector collection includes three PDFs: 2:3 at 24 × 36 inches, 3:4 at 18 × 24 inches and 4:5 at 16 × 20 inches; and a 3600 × 4800 pixel JPG in 3:4 ratio, suitable for 12 × 16 inches at 300 pixels per inch. The Earth & Form trio includes these files for its three named artworks.
Future photographic, AI-generated and typographic collections may have different dimensions, ratios or formats. A PDF containing a raster image is not necessarily vector artwork or infinitely scalable. Do not assume every new work includes the current vector specifications: check its own product description. Editable source files are included only if expressly listed.
4. Compatibility
Downloads may be supplied as ZIP archives containing the listed files and printing guidance. You need internet access, storage, a ZIP extraction function and software that can open the stated PDF or JPG format. A computer is recommended for large downloads and forwarding files to a printer. The current files require no paid proprietary app, subscription or digital-rights-management software.
File size, pixels and suggested print size are different measurements. Printing a raster image beyond its listed recommendation can reduce sharpness. A vector PDF can usually be resized more flexibly, but its page ratio still matters.
5. Printing and framing
You can print at home or use a local or online print supplier, subject to the Personal-use License. The supplier’s charges, handling of the file, printing quality and delivery are separate from this purchase. Tell it to print proportionally and choose the version matching your frame ratio. Printing at a different ratio without borders may crop the composition.
Use suitable paper and printer settings; consider a small proof before ordering a large print. Colors depend on the screen, printer, profile, inks and paper. Frame and room displays are illustrative. Neither a frame nor any objects shown around the artwork are included.
6. Delivery support
If files are unavailable after confirmed payment, contact us with the order number, purchase email and error. We aim to resolve straightforward delivery problems within two UK business days or explain the next step. If the purchased content cannot be supplied, the Refunds & Cancellation remedies apply.
For support, cancellation, complaints, privacy requests or rights enquiries, use the contact details on our Contact page, or write to our registered office. Please identify the relevant order or artwork. Never send full card numbers, card security codes, account passwords or unnecessary identity documents.
