FORM & FIELD sells decorative digital artwork. This page explains how creation methods and illustrative subjects are presented. It supplements the product descriptions and Personal-use License.
1. Creation methods
The current eight-work collection uses computer-assisted vector compositions. As the catalogue grows, some works may use generative AI, AI-assisted editing, digital illustration or combinations of those methods. The relevant creation method will be identified in a work’s product description. An AI-generated image will not be advertised as a real photographic shoot or a hand-painted original.
2. People, places and vehicles
Unless a listing expressly identifies a documented real subject, synthetic people and scenes are artistic depictions rather than authenticated records. An AI-generated portrait is not a claim that a real model posed for it. Architecture, nature and vehicles may be stylized or fictional and can contain artistic changes or inaccuracies.
A depiction does not imply endorsement by a person, architect, manufacturer or brand. Buying a decorative poster does not grant separate permissions concerning a likeness, trademark, building or branded product. We do not promise a model release or commercial advertising permission unless it is expressly supplied under a separate agreement.
3. Rights and originality
We aim to supply work that we are entitled to offer under its stated purchase terms. We do not promise that every AI-generated element has enforceable copyright protection in every country, or that similar images cannot be created independently. The personal-use conditions apply to your purchased files to the extent lawful; they do not manufacture copyright protection where applicable law does not provide it.
We do not present generated images as work by a named artist or claim a commercial license to third-party brands without a proper basis. If an artwork is adapted from licensed or public-domain material, the relevant description should identify that basis rather than invent a provenance.
4. Previews and print quality
Preview images can be reduced or styled in illustrative frames. The supplied files and their stated dimensions determine the product. Vector and raster files have different enlargement limits. AI imagery can contain stylization and fine-detail artifacts; these characteristics do not justify supplying a materially misdescribed or defective file.
5. Reporting a concern
If you believe a listing misidentifies a subject or infringes a right, contact us with the artwork URL or title, an explanation of the concern, the right you hold or represent, and reliable supporting information. We may request proportionate clarification, review the listing and restrict availability while a credible concern is investigated. This is a reporting route, not a claim that we are a marketplace or a designated statutory takedown agent.
